Nitrous is boring.

Know anywhere that does liquid O2 injection kits?

Seriously tho this would work well would it not?, ok so liquid o2 might be hard to use/transport but providing you had enough fuel...

Would be interesting to see what happens to your inlet manifolder with Liquid O2 hitting it, got a feeling it might freeze up!

I had a similar idea a while ago using scuba equipment, but I reckon youd need a high flow of O2 to make it work which would run out quickly...also pure O2 is very flamable...youre quite likely just to blow up your engine and most probably yourself if you tried

Could you attatch a bottle of O2 to a long pipe and lead that into a 2nd hole cut in the air box? wont be as direct...

...or we still talking...BANG?

pure O2 will not work and i highly advise against trying it.

Using it will result in teh uncontrollable burn, note explosion, in teh combustion chamber, making possibly one of the largest anti personell grenades.

Atmo air doesnt explode, but burns in a controlled manner as flame propogation through the mixture of air and fuel is only 14% or so O2. SO there are alot of otehr elements getting in the way of pre flame formation.

In N20 applications, the dissociation of N20 into O2 and N on teh compression stroke absorbs alot of heat energy and damps the combustion process.

Just like higher octane fuels dont burn slower, they just go through pre-flame changes slower.
