P0314 code - now what?

Hi guys got a mega misfire and engine management light is lit.Just had car plugged in and it came up with this code (misfire in cylinder, not specific)I'm thinking it's injector? How do I no determine which one? Run the car and unplug each injector one by one?

Could be anything really I just googled it and found someone off here with the same code he swapped his ht leads and it was sorted.

Actually one other thing on this...why the car is still on choke first thing on a morning it runs perfect and smooth, which would make me think that the 3 injectors that are working are compensating for the one duff one?

Cos as soon as the car comes off choke and is supposed to run 'normal' it starts spluttering and really holding itself back and won't rev,sounds like it's on 3 cylinders.

So maybe then the 'good' 3 injectors arent compensating anymore and it's just running rough!?

P0314 is misfire cylinder 4 buddy.

Check plugs first I've had a few lately on brand new ngk's and a couple of weeks later they develop a miss down to the plugs. Set of bosch's in and were rocking.
