best part of £1k of coils, £1.5k of engine work, £500 alloys and £500 on brakes all done. im sure thats going to add somewhat onto the asking price for anyone looking for a clio without all the aggrevation of sending it away for works to be completed...
but it would blow your stock Cup into the weeds and despite the usual ignorance to mods and the common attitude of "well if it's modded it's worth less" - b****cks. It's worth the money to most people on here into performance Clio as they know they would have to spend thousands to get it to a similar spec.
I'd rather pay £6500 for a car with all the toys, over 30bhp more, properly setup handling and spare bits personally. Horses for courses, but I've no doubt it will sell for the asking price.
As far as im concerned a standard car has a rough sale value give or take mileage etc etc but a modified car will sell for what someone is willing to pay for it! a modified car is harder to sell and harder to trade in. of the four cars i have owned they have all been modded and ive always found them harder to sell! its up to the buyer if he wants something modded.

It's a good half second to 60 than a normal Cup, I should imagine.
