paint scuff in roof

Just found a deep paint scuff on the roof of my Clio. Its when i open the drivers side door it looks quite deep. Looks as if somthing has been jammed inbetween the door and the roof. Anybody had this problem before?

Nightmare. just getting a quote at unit sixteen. bumpers smoothed full original black respray and the scuff sorted out £2500. Time to get saving

Also boot floor painted cos the welds in the boot of the clios look really bad

Sounds serious. Take it back to Renault for a refund.
