Ok, quite simply,

1 - Best place to get (other than halfords)

2 - What brand (if it makes a difference?)

3 - Who knows of good colours i should use? (i'm going for a glossy black, but dont know if you can get a mettallic/pearl effect on plastics with spray cans?!?!)

4 - how do i know what colour / kind of primers i need to use?

Just make sure you use a plastic primer! I didn't !spent all day painting panels then after fitting them bumped into it and the paint pretty much exploded off! Lesson well learnt
