Painting alloys

just wondering how hard it is to paint alloys? Ive painted my badges and some bike frames over my short life so far, so i have a little bit of experience of spraying but just looking for some advice and hints and tips!

Check in the guides section, there's a guide kicking around someone did on another forum which goes into detail.
It includes refurbing too.

But with regards to just respraying, its basically good sanding first > primer > basecoat > laquer. Few coats of each with fine sanding inbetween where necessary
