Painting over Electrox

Anyone know what is the soonest I can apply a rattle can basecoat over Electrox?
Bilt Hamber say 96 hours which seems extreme, I want to be able to get this thing back on the ground!

Just send it mate will be fine, i painted over it a couple of hours after the other week, went off fast in the hot weather

Not perfect but not a spot of rust left beneath that
