Panel filter / induction kit

Other than price, is there any other benefit to just getting a replacement panel filter for my 1.2 16v Mk2 than getting an induction kit.

If I go for the induction kit route, then is it worthwhile getting the relocation pipe or will it be fine at the back of the engine bay with just a cold air feed??

Erm i dont really think it makes any diffrence

get a ik if you like noise.

Ok, so Im getting an induction kit.. but Id rather not have the car running like a bee-atch just because I opted to have the filter at the back of the engine bay.

Panel filter. Doesnt sound as good but will give u better performance unless you are going to shield it and put extra cold air feeds in.
