Part number????

Was taking the plastic covers off that are under the front windscreen to get to the pollen filter. Snaped the plastic clip that goes into the the back of the wing and then on the edge of the covers (under the windscreen).

If you have any adea what the hell im talking about do you no the part number, I have looked in dialogys and its not on the exploded diagrams??????

I need that one your on about but I think I have the number for that. The one I need is behind the hinge and the plastic tray slides down onto it. Maybe a V6 thing.

Few extra bits here hutchie (anyone else aswell) if you could sort me out with the part numbers and confirm the first number given.

The lads at renault darlington are clueless. They say if i want the clips then i need to order the hole part.

Hopefully just the small clips to hold my the v6 gear trim in the cabin left to find.

the 2nd and 3rd parts you need come as one and they are the same as from a Megane II, at the front holding the bumper on, any dealership will have these in stock

if your still having trouble ring me at work tomorrow, 01744 457007, ask for Martyn, and ill have a look on the system for you

scuttle panels can be an arse though, i *think* the clips that are on mine only come with the panel so i sourced some 2nd hand, but if thats the case ill ask the lads in the workshop if they have seen that clip on anything else, or if they have any in 'the tub of many random parts'

The 3rd pics isn't of the inner part of a plastic rivet I don't think though. Its some sort of those push plug things they like to use for the interior and bits and pieces.

Plastic rivets are about 40p iirc and they've always had them in stock when I wanted some.

That definetly not the inside part of a plastic rivet 100%, looks similar but isn't. They're not just megane 2 bumper clips either there used for lots of things, although they do use a lot for the front bumper on a meggy 2.

Similar, but the heads thinner and theres no point on the one above.

The slotted clip (1st one) is 77 01 056 217, the plastic rivet (2nd one) is 77 03 072 360 both about 50p each and for the 3rd one i'd need the vehicle code for a Mk2 V6 to find that as I can't remember what it is off the top of my head.

spoke to blakey, i now know where the 3rd bit goes, they are not shown on dialogys but there are clips that are very similar and will be suitable, just a case of his local dealers having a look to see what they have

the first bit comes with the scuttle panel it would seem when you put in V6 details, but on a normal clio such as a CB05 its shown, and is as above 7701 056 217

the second bit comes up with a diff part number on my system but looks to be the same as the Megane II bumper ones i was talking about

didnt really read this thread properly, i was just looking at pictures and at first i thought the third bit had come out of the second bit

If you could help with the last bit (fir tree type push in clip) that would finish off everything.

CB1U is the code for v6 255

blakey put in a CB05 and then look at the scuttle section, you will see that first clip on that, but for some reason its not on the image when you use for type code of CB1U

I see it mate. May just be renault trying to get v6 owners wallets out and making them pay for the scuttle instead of just the clip. Will use the normal clio to double check in the future. Cheers mate.

Struggling to find other 3rd clip with a quick look, its not under the center console section and i'm not sure where else it could be?

The clip/screw for the scuttle panel on the drivers side was missing from mine brand new and still is........ benfield quick enough to take your money.

This bit for Hutchie as he works in a renault garage do you have the price and part number form a pair of boot struts for a trophy, everytime i phone benfield up they ask for my registration which is fine but the bits i want didn't come with my car as have a V6/trophy spoiler and before getting it resprayed again at 140 quid I want to make sure i have the shorter struts.

a Trophy is the same vehicle type code as your 182, a CB22, however one of the other codes of the oval plate is 'TROPHY' so at a guess all they would have to do would be to put that into the system

i cant get on the renault parts website atm (shutdown overnight and on a weekend its :quiet: ) but iirc your not getting much change out of 200 quid per strut, robbing b&stards!!!!
