Part under front skirt?

Hi,

I had a bit of an accident in my Clio. Wet feet, parking up...foot slipped onto throttle luckily the clutch wasn't fully up. But i still hit a fence lol, numberplate broke which took the force, broke the fence...but as the fence went down i went over it slightly and theres a big plastic part just under the front and you can see it behind the small lower grill between the spots. This ripped off because it got caught. I was just wondering does anyone know what it's called and how much its likely to cost?

Just a 1.4 Dynamique, i'm guessing they will all have it though, you can clearly see it if you stick your head under your front spoiler/skirt, i guess its just to guard the engine etc?
