My passanger chair tilts forward/backward but doesnt move along the runners (eg forward/backward) when you try to use the knob on the outside facing side of the seat. (eg when you want passangers to get in the back)
However, if you sit in the chair and pull the lever on the underside of the seat you can still move it forward/backward but only a limited amount and it doesnt go back as far as it should.
how can i fix this?
