passed my driving test!!

hi all

i passed my driving test :D

now i need to get some insurance going and then i can drive my clio

cant get insurance till friday:eek: (pay day)

i have to c if they will let me do mods!!!

apparently they suck and r really slow because they r only 8v:dead:

i dont know because i havent driven it yet

if thats what your looking for. Reliablity would be higher on my list than speed/performance

nice 1 mate - well done - I spent the majority of my first day driving in Brechfa forestry pulling handbrakes and generally driving like a tit, was great!!! - God Im old now!

Well done mate. Take it steady! :cool: Agree with the above. I started driving my dad's car before getting a Polo, which promptly blew up and then a chav Orion! (ten years ago mind!). You could always have shocking cars and then get married then get divorced and then get a car that you really want! Lol Anyway, best of luck to ya!!

yea for my next car i want a mini cooper works.....(probly get ripped now lol)

my mate wats to get a veee when hes 21.... but i dont think he will get insured somehow...

once again thanks i only got 5 minors in my test dont know how gd that is...?!?!

Now you have passed your test you can learn to drive.
I remember my dad saying that (in 1994!!!, JESUS), to me and he was bang on.

Well done mate, i just passed my test in December and i have learned loads more than what i did in my lessons. Get yourself on the motorways pronto. I have the same car 1.2 8v Mk2 Ph1 obviously not the fastest car in the world bt it still feels quite nippy for a first car but thats because i havn't drove anything else for any great length of time. Enjoy yourself but be careful lots of a*******s on the roads.

Well done, passed mine in november. I practiced in mine while learning, first time I went ot without my dad felt so strange. Learn more every day though. Good luck.

haha hence the lol mate. they suck but we get f**k loads of miles to the gallon soo i ent really fussed, only drive round town in it and do deliveries anyway.

Well done, however this is now learning again. You get to be more cocky, but remember there is always a danger when driving a car. You own a death trap, so just watch. After the statistics of my mates (We started off with 8 cars, and the other day ended up with just 3!) try not to get into racing around corners and "drift" around roundabouts and try avoid "hannies" as they cause major trouble if you end up in a jewlers or even another car.

Just some advice. Ive been driving since July, and only got my car in October but its been some experience,touch wood i wont be loosing my car for sometime. You may get ripped appart from driving like a learner, but you'll gain more experience on the road, thats when it starts to all go wrong when you get overly confident.

Keep the car nice looking pal.

chris why are you lying u fool, i live a three min walk away from your house and you have a grey fiat bravo with one window tinted (drivers side) a stupid chave exhaust!!!! and blue led lights left right and centre!! and you drive round mine with britney spears "oops i did it again" on - lol i can get pics to prove this!!

Have fun mate but remeber to pull over for the 172's, 182's, 197's, V6's and cups! Drive carefully and get the no claims bonus built up on your insurance policy, that's the best bit of advice I can give you. That 1.2 badge will soon turn into a sport badge before you know it.
