Passenger air bag removal - how and replace with what?

Is it like the driver's side air bag - a few bolts/screws and then put a resistor in it?
And what have people put in its place? I am getting my top dash flocked (was picked up Thursday), but there will be a hole left there. What have people put in there to replace it?
Tempted with just a simple home made blank made from a piece of plastic.....

Either what you say about a bit of plastic or get a poverty spec 1.2 dash with out airbags. They use a shelf part where the airbag module would be.

Ahh didn't know that, I may have to go find one then at a scrap heap then.
