How heavy is it?

Ive taken every other airbag out of the car, and it is pretty stripped - is it worth removing the pass???

Might as well take out the computer at the same time and the wiring looms to save weight.

The airbags? You need them yep but if you've no side one no pretensioner and no drivers airbags whats the point in the passenger one alone.

You won't miss the airbag when the dash top is off.

Edde I had the dash off today when 'fixing' the airbag lights on the binnacle

I know what the pass airbag looks like - it was huge!

What does the 'computer' look like?

Also can I just rip out the airbag loom out? - how much does that weigh?


I want to keep the dash top because my heaters are still functional. [It weighs sweet FA anyway.

Airbags is down just infront of the infront of the gear shift the plug for it faces towards the driver.

I forget if the looms seperate I'll have a look now you could just cut them down by where they match up to the computer anway.

Not much weight saving but ever last helps.

From the feeback I've heard from the place there no problems they can a bit slow
