Passenger side seat stuck

On my pH1 172, the front passenger seat is stuck on the rail and will not slide either any further forward or back.

What could this be and how do I sort it?

Could be the slider mechanism. Worth taking the seat out to have a good look.

Maybe something stuck there stopping it moving? Do the above tbh

Ok cheers guys. I'm comfortable-ish with taking seats out (done it on a Saxo) but this has side airbags etc, how do I safely get around this without throwing up airbag lights etc, you know what these things are like?

Maybe just disconnect the battery mate?

Take the battery negative lead off. Leave for 20 mins.
