passengers seat not reclining

hi guys, have had this problem for some time now, the passengers seat goes foward but doest go all the way back, and when you want to let someone go into the back of the car the seat folds fowards but doesnt slide up

have had a look under the seat, cant see any problems, i really dont want to take the seat out

any advice would be great

Take the seat out the runner etc come loose and snap etc.
