Brought a pair of angel eyes headlights from them over the net. 2 weeks later recieved 2 broken headlights. emailed them and they said it was the suppliers fault and got them to ring me. they sent another set out and i exchanged them with the delivery guy. about ten mins later realised that they were both broken as well. they eventualy sent me another pair out and they looked ok. fitted them to the car only to find out that the drivers side LEDs didnt work. phoned them again and they sent me ANOTHER pair and told me to hang on to both pairs incase the new set didnt work. opened the box to find the passenger side was broken but lukely the drivers side was ok and worked!

The manufacturers name was ultra lighting.

Anyone had the same problem?

ultra lighting is normally pretty good quality, maybe a dodgey supplier buying in broken bits and hoping for the best, I know if i was the supplier id want to know why the postman kept f**king up my expensive products not just dispatching more out without a fuss!!!

Think everyone who has bought theirs from K-Tec havent had any problems....

took the car for its MOT today and it failed on the passenger side headlight. the beam was poniting over to the righthand side of the road. the examiner said the headlight was a european version and i needed to get of special sticker from halfords to make the beam correct or refit my old headlights. i chose the first option and it passed.

i phoned up ultra and they said they had never had this problem before and would get someone from technical to call me back.....still waiting.

its safe to say i wont touch this company with a barge pole!
