I've had it before, Usually happens when they're having server problems or if the site is busy.

Are you registered with pay-pal or just using the service??? I wasn't registered and sometimes on certain purchases I had problems, now registered and no problems.

yeah i'm registered, verified, blood group logged down & all that
I kept getting it at work too (thought it ight just be this pc)

I have to write out cheques now

if i can't get it to work I gues i'll ring them up (like thats going to be fun)
