Paypal questions.

My Dads selling some items on ebay using paypal as the payment method. I need to know a couple of things about paypal if possible.

If an item sells for £70 how much does paypal get?
How do you transfer money back out of the paypal account?
If someone pays into his paypal account is there a period of time for the money to clear before he should despatch the item?

The payment is usally instant unless it is an e cheque.
You can transfer the money from your paypal account into your bank account, this takes a few days to go through.
Not sure off the top of my head how much their fees are but it does tell you somewhere on the paypal site.

While the money is in his account though, can it be refunded at anytime if there is a dispute? Once the money is withdrawn paypal can't take money out of his bank account can they?

Main thing I'm worried about is someone saying that an item hasn't been delivered when it has and paypal immediately seizing the money paid. He's not exactly tecno savy and I know if anything goes wrong it'll be up to me to sort it out. Paypal is an area I don't have to much knowledge on.
