PC buying help

well after seeing some of the 'rigs' in the other thread i thought it was about time i updated one of my PC's.
i have been looking on ebay as you seem to get more for your money. i am only after a tower at the moment and my budget is about £300. i wont be using it for gaming but it would be nice if it had the power to run multiple applications quickly and i may use it for photo editing software such as CS3.
can you guys recommend me any. these are what i was looking at, are they any good.

well for the price, i'd say it's pretty good, although you might find the actual components aren't top quality tbh. As i said though for the money it's good.

I'd steer clear of most of the stuff on Ebay tbh.

For £300 you could do better than that particular machine.
