Punto/Clio GTT
upgrading my old pc so my partner can have it, but she wants vista on it. ive ordered the extra ram but the processor in it atm is an amd xp 2200 (1.8 gig).
found out the mobo can run the 2800xp.
found a 2800 xp on ebay BUT its without heatsink and fan.
will it be ok to run my 2200 heatsink and fan with the 2800 if i get some new thermal paste. cant be that much difference between the 2 can there?
oh and the most she uses it for is for browsing the internet, listening to music and doing uni work. so its never gonna get pushed hard.
