Peaks Run - Revamped

Good news for us Peaks people in the N/W......The Cat & Fiddle is closed at the moment for 4 weeks for resurfacing, the new surface is ultra smooth so it should be a great road once theyve finished! Will have to sort a mini spin out in 5/6 weeks for a test run.

It may even improve traction, for those of us who need it of course!

Scuse me bitches, but I didnt spin on the C&F.

Although the one I did spin on had been resurfaced last time we went down if you remember (that nasty gravel patch had been removed, maybe they saw me!)

It was Jesuss mate Wayne that spun out on the CF, almost ended up in a field! Managed to ditch his car on a mud bank and had to be towed off by Egertons......then the ameoba, sorry local farmer appeared, it al got a bit surreal from then on

Watch this space. Ive found an awesome piece of road from Baslow (I think) to Sheffield A621. Will have to incorporate that next time.
