Peco

Mate had a Peco on his Punto, my God it was so bad, I defo would not recommended them!

Used to have a stainless steel PP4 Oval Powermaster on my 1.6 16v Rsi clio for a year ( only had it on as the original back box was fooooooked and I couldn't afford to replace with original parts :o ),

( yup ... I know ..... CHEESY with the plate!!! fpmsl ;) )
Never had any problems with it tbh and because it was oval, it went nicely with the curves on the car :D ...

Won't touch them now though :rasp:

Cheaply made and rust quickly iirc.

Plus they look cheap... lol

That basically ^ also the fit was complete rubbish; sounded crap as well.

Much better exhausts on the market.

My mate with a vtr has a peco exhaust, twin tailpipe, sounds nice, think it fell off a while back though....not good

Go for a piper system mate, had one on my 1.2 and one on my hybrid and they both not only looked good but were a nice fit too.

I have had four different exhausts on my 1.2 over 3 years, the first was a peco BB2 (3") then a strait through ashly twin thingy which was too loud so took it off, then a rage 4inch tunable one(sorry) which i sold for more than i bought it for, then a standard for a while. i then bought another peco as i was so happy with the value for money (£100) and the sound, only loud when u wanted it to be and it lasted well too.

nathan

i now have a 172 btw

i have a peco powermaster twin exit backbox on my clio, got it off a corsa in the scrappy and got it fitted properly with custom made brackets etc, sounds the dogs and its not fallen to bits yet, i like it

I had one on my old Renault 19

Sounded nice but cheap and cheerful....quality wasn't good and rusted very quickly:(

I got a Peco cat-back system, letterbox end, went on perfectly, absolutley gr8, it's just really loud!! lol.

Loud isn't necessarily good for some people who do a lot of long distance motorway driving.

My old Peco did sound nice but, like I said, quality wasn't great.

I had a peco backbox on my dci

Don't worry - it's gone now :clown: far far away to an Astra!

Initially had the Powermaster backbox on my Clio, sounded fine and fitment was fine. Can't complain for the price at all.
