Pegasus Mail - how to set up IMAP?

Anyone still use shitty Pegasus Mail?

I'm trying to set up an IMAP connection to a web email account and in my mind it is set up fine. When I put in the password to connect, Pegasus gives me the really helpful message of:

Profile 'imap.staffmail.ed.ac.uk [*]':



The IMAP server that manages this mailbox or folder has reported an error during the operation you have attempted to perform.



The operation cannot be completed.
