Performance cam on turbo

It will move the power curve upwards and to the right ie make more power but higher up so loss the low down power you may have.

  2005 Nissan Navara

wont give u any more lag.

boost threshold will determine how much torque is lost lower down RPM range due to high duration. seen as there will be usable boost usually circa 2-3k, this will provide torque even if duration doesnt give it till l8r on in RPM range.

turbo cams dont nned to be so wild s naturally aspirated

Yup, dont be tempted to go as bonkers on a turbo, especially when your only option are cams designed for NA use.

Hang on, dont even kno what engine you got.

Anyway, dependant on the actual turbo system efficiency and manifold (exhaust) back pressure will really determine how much exhaust cam duration its worth running, and how little overlap. You want things to start opening later.
