Performance Friction ’97’ pads

Thanks for the reply. Do you have the 97 compound (which is strictly a race pad) or the "street" version? If the 97, has this affected your disks at all?

Looking for a pad that works with the OEM disks but is resistant to fade on track. Standard pad is more than enough for road use IMO.

Also, where dyou get them from??

The ones Ive had fitted are the race car ones (a friend of mine runs a Clio Cup team, hence the parts!). And they are running fine on std road discs. I tested them for the first time at Donnington and, on the back straight (before the S bend into the start/finish straight by the pits) I was braking hard from over 100 and they worked perfectly, every single time, with no fade whatsoever! On the road, theyre a little noisy but very good. Id definitely recommend them.

I can either supply you with a set or, if youre in the South East, get my friend to fit them for you. PM me for more info...
