Opinions please.......

What do you think of putting a plate with CUP in it on a 182 (with cup options) ?

(please dont start the old argument about the 182 with cup opinions not being a 182cup...please)

Personally, I dont think it would suit the 182 to have a Cup plate on it TBH. Unless you plan on getting a Cup at some point of course.

At the end of the day, it isnt a Cup. It would be like having a V6 plate on a 172 IMHO.

personally id say go for it but im sure theres a load of cup owners who would disagree.

seriously im not trying to get an argument started....i really like the cup and if theyd of carried on the 172 instead of the 182 this year, id of bought that.......i have nothing against any of them...........just think CUP on a 172 or 172cup or a 182...would look good

It is suprising how much respect i get on the road because of it. Most people are fooled into thinking my car is a 172 variant of sorts and the N20 means they must be thinking "Hmm he must have well over 200bhp!" where the truth is 75bhp..lol. Ive never been challenged.

it was £249..plus all the usual gubbins.....£80 registration, VAT....and number plates.....so in total £398......im getting it from regtransfers.....the dvla site would only let me choose newstyle plates.....went round and round in circles for ages, probably just me.

Still not bad, i dont think, for a plate with only 1 number on it.....very pleased.
