Totally agree with you @MarkCup! I think the actual reason he kept it is because he got absolutely abused for the price he put it up for on Facebook marketplace.

It seems almost everyone with a low mileage/minter is selling at the moment.

If you had the money to spend big on a clean Clio, you can afford to be picky just now. Various LY, RB, 172 Cups & Trophies have been for sale/sold in the last few months. It makes a £10k PB with no history seem a little strong. It does look lovely though now it's been in the hands of someone who wasn't a wheeler dealer type.

Just so every one could see might have been done by myself but all the work done to that car has been done correctly not a diy at home spray job was done in a spray booth correctly and once all back together was sanded down and polished then a ceramic coat was applied to keep it protected

You should put those pics in the for sale advert mate. People see "sprayed myself" and default to rattle cans on the driveway. The finished car obviously doesn't look like an amateur job 👍.

Maybe put Sport and 182 in the title and correct the engine size too, as it indicates it’s a 1.0 litre. I stumbled across it looking for bits and pieces. So might help get more views. Looks a nice car 👍

I wouldn’t even mention it, paintwork is either good or it’s not. My RB resto is going in for corrective work which was done in a ‘spray booth’. You’d think that was done in the Gobi desert with Halfords spray cans. It has more runs than Mo Farah.

In fairness price isn’t unrealistic, If insurers are paying out nearly 9k for the low mileage non desirable colours then these have got to be getting up there.
