Petrol Gauge...

I've run a search but none of the topics it came up with seemed to be the same problem as i've got.

my mk2 ph2 seems to like telling me i have a full tank. i know i havent got a full tank because it was 2 digits from full when i put petrol in.
it drops down to the actual level occasionally, but most of the time, it shows as full.

any ideas?

Sounds like your fuel floats broken.

possibly may need an injection reprogramme, i know the modus has this problem, reading half full when filled up.
