Petrol light stuck on

Im only down to quarter of a tank and the petrol light has come on and wont go off, anyone else had this?

fill the car to see if it goes away?

Hold wiper stalk button, turn on ignition, hit (just press) the reset button on the speedo. Does the trick on mine when that happens

Tried that, apart from pressing the reset button, i'll try that later

disconnect battery for 10 min ??

Ye I get this if i park on a hill when I dont have much in the tank. Put some in and should go off.

I've had it... Goes off when you put some in
