Petrol Reserve on VALVER

My reserve pump does not work. Can anyone tell me what to check?? Cheers

Phase 2s didnt all have them.

Pump is attatched to the reserve tank under the back of the car. same as the pump in the washer bottle.

Why dont they all have them?? Its a late 95 phase2. I guess I will have to take a look under the back of the car to see if I have one.
