Ph1 172 Clocks

Hi there, last piece (hopefully) of my wiring jigsaw is to rewire the dash/interior on my ph1 172 but could do with a drawing/pinout diagram from the back of the instrument cluster. The haynes manual only shows the non sport dash so is different. I know the info is hard to come by but i know people have had it previously. Someone must be able to help out. I was sent a drawing by a member on here for the ecu pinouts and its been a godsend, hope you guys can help me out again.
Cheers
Russ

Sorry to bump an old thread, but is the same for ph1 non-sports? particularily concerned with track 4 of the red connector (REV COUNTER)

That's what you require, providing urs is the same of course. Only fear is tapping into that could cause issues with the signal being sent.

Maybe.

What I mean is when you tap onto certain tracks sometimes you can induce a small bit of voltage that could have an effect on the signal that's already there.

Hard to explain as I'm a crap teacher but when you add a circuit onto that pin you might get what's called oscilation which is a DC voltage going along that track. This DC voltage you put on there might have an effect on the DC signal already coming through.

Worst case of course hence my use of mights and could!
