Ph1 172 inner tie rods \ ends

Hi,

Found here a lot of info about inner tie rods, and ends for 172 cup, 182 cup, 182 ff.
But no reference for Phase1 parts.
Someone replaced the inner tie rod and the tie rod end on a PH1 172, and can share the part numbers or the aftermarket alternatives?

Maybe anyone knows whats the right length of it?
According to febi site, the CB0M model have 2 types of inner rods - one is 296mm for TRW, and one is 301mm for SMI.
Any help will be appriciated!
