ph1 front bumper removal

Mine is hanging a bit on the left so was thinking of refitting it. Anyone here done it before? is it a big job? any tips?

I'm doing mine either today or tomorrow, too (depends how soon my fuzzy head clears after last night). I think there are five bolts and two screws: one bolt on either side under the wing/wheel arch, three bolts under the front of the car and two star screws (size 30 I think) on front - it should just fall away.

Does anyone know if the above is correct? I haven't taken off the front bumper on mine yet but it's something I will be doing over the course of the following weekend to get it hanging correctly.

Any particular order to undoing the pieces?

Two torx in each arch, one bolt hidden under the arch lining on each side. Two bolts under the car to the tray. "Some" (because I can't remember how many) torx along the bottom of the bumper. Two large torx under the grille. Couple of posi drives/torx on the top of the black plastic bit covering the T-bar.

As long as you get the ones behind the liners the rest you can see or find easily. Sides of the bumpers, where they meet the wing, just pop out.

This guide by Fubar should help give you an idea, even though it's for a 182.
