Ph1 - Ph2 Rear Clusters

just fitted my ph2 clusters, and all the lights were as they should be at the back, bar the left hand rear flare (right was working)

but for some reason, when you press the brake pedal the flare symbol on the dash comes on quite dim. then when you put the car into reverse the flare symbol gets really bright. and when you indicate the bloody thing flashes.

my wiring was exactly the same as on fubars guide (in terms of colour and order) and is now exactly what it should be according to his guide. am going to go check that its right in a min, but i checked it at the time so am positive its right.

any ideas?

clean all the contacts mark
When i removed my lights to do my rear bumper the contacts needing cleaning and a bit of wd40. Job done worked fine ever since!

will give that a go then when i get back home. did notice they could do with a clean but didnt think it would cause any problems.

if that doesnt work, i shall come up yours in the hope of stealing some new bulbholders to try it out

I tired everything, checked the ground etc and it was that the contacts needed cleaning trust me

lol, i've gota load of bits going on in the next week or so so pics will be up when everythings sorted. It is staying standard, apart from the lights and a bit of colourcoding
