All I want to know really is will calipers from a 2.0 ph1 Clio sport fit on my Grande ?

However you can still upgrade, mk2 ph2 dynamiques run bigger disks and calipers than a grande. Remind me, does yours have solid or vented disks on it?

Yeah you can still upgrade then, any dynamique, 1.5 DCI ph2 brakes will all fit, you'll need the discs, calipers, pads and caliper holders. I think the hoses are interchangeable though can't guarantee it
