Ph2 15" fans

I am due to get k tec coilovers fitted very soon and currently have Turini's but also have some spare lightweight 15s that I like.

I am debating which route to go down. Obviously 15" tyres will be cheaper so I like that idea, but also like the look and prefer the offset of the Turini's.

I am thinking the car lowered on 15s will be too low at the splitter in order to get a nich arch gap? And with the rear, I should be able to get a better drop with 16s.

Suggestions?

15's are much cheaper to replace and you can pull the look off with coilovers, just depends on how low you want to go.
in terms of practicality 16's give better spliter/sump clearances on big speed humps.....

Low enough so i dont have a huge arch gap. I will get the geometry set up properly so need to decide and stick with it really. Will see what decent 16" Tyres i can get for a fair price

Fitting 50 profiles to the 15s. Do you mean the rolling radius of the 15s should be the same as the turinis with 195/45/16?

15's with 195/50/15's should have roughly the same radius as 16's with 195/45/16's, wheels should be lighter too! Depends on how you want it to look and how cheap you like your rubber!

I didn't think it would be that close. The wheels are light yeah. Team Dynamics pro race 1's.

They are white at the mo and I would be much happier giving them a refurb than I would the Turinis.

I think I will just buy some decent cheap 15" rubber and then if I do decide to go for the 16s then I haven't spent much anyway.
