PH2 172

Car  172, Punto GT 16vt
Got this Ph2 172 last week as i needed a car while my other project is still ongoing before it becomes a daily.

Hoping to do some mods in the next few weeks as in: Lowering, exhaust, some interiors mod's. Once i have had it a bit longer then the bigger mod's will surely come :)

Here it is. Completely standard atm apart form the 182 wheels.

what parts you covering in alcantara?

Dash strips, A-pillars, hazard switch panel and the sides of the centre console and other little parts that are easily removed.

Just trying to cover the horrible plastic parts.

Fitted a K+N air filter and a samco pipe.

I think they look allot better now.

Cheers mate. Yea be getting a splitter after Xmas. Got to get lowering springs and an exhaust first.

It's not really hard tbh. I used a can of spray glue placed the alcantara in the middle and worked out to the edges. Dries quick aswell, just a bit fiddly on the curved edges trying to pull the creases out and glue then ends down.

That was my 1st ever go and came out ok.

Fitted a Magnex Cat back With twin exit yesterday. Received my Apex lowering springs so may fit them on the weekend.

Next up. Lowering springs, splitter, possibly new wheels.

Looks a bit big but sounds just right and was a bargain. But after new year i will be making my own custom exhaust for it.
