Phase 1 172, central locking

Hi, new here and to clio ownership, just bought a phase 1 172, loving it but couple gremlins to resolve.

My central locking doesnt work, need ideas.

i have replaced the battery in the fob, yes the little light comes on, but nothing happens.

if i manually lock the car each door only locks itself, ie locking the drivers wont lock teh passenger.

any ideas?

try the button that lock the doors,behind the shifter
1.close all doors except drivers.
2.push the button-it will close all doors and trunk.
3.close the drivers door with the key.
thats all-doing same everyday.
it smth wrong with my fob too(

i fixed mine, found a thread on here,
something like, get in teh car, but dont turn igntion on, but close all doors.
hold down teh lock door button and hold down for quite a few seconds until you hear the locks and relays all switching, then press the key fob.

im sure if thats slightly wrong someone will correct me soon enough, it only took a minute been good ever sincew

Try squirting some penatrating fluid in the key holes. It worked for me
