in october i brought the w800i for cash from p4u, however after 2 weeks it broke, and i took it back and got a replacement however same problem has happened again.

Am i in my rights to ask for a full refund as its pissing me off dont really like paying £300 for a phone that brakes every 2 f**king months

phones for you wont even give me £25 which i am owed for cash back, id go through sony mate and do it that way, the people in there are a bunch of w*nkers
