Whats the best phot editiong oftware I can get for about £100

I have used Photoshop CS5 alot but not on my own PC and I dont really want to spend £600

Lightroom, bare in mind it’s only for tweaking, it’s nothing like Photoshop.

That the thing putting me off is elements anything like 'proper photoshop?'

I think Elements is a stripped down photoshop from what I remember but still a good program.

Lightroom is very good for editing though.
