Anyone on here into Photo Manipulation with Photoshop?
Ive got a college project on the subject and was wondering if anyone had any good ideas?

thanks mate, most of the snow on the ground are selection from other images which are cut out and merged together etc, the ice hanging off the bridge and on big ben was drawn on, using various brushes, www.deviantart.com is a good place for brushes
