Its dificult to modify a car here in Portugal but there are a lot off cars modifided. Whe have to be very caution with the cops. Tuning in Portugal is seen as a crime scene, because of a few persons.

It's an effect in the photos.. Dont know why.

They are clear white. I'm on Xenon 5000k and they're exactly the same color
