whats the best way of removing the text from this image? retaining the floor plan is the difficult part :dapprove:

If I had alot of hours free I could get rid of it but it's alot of work...

Just stick a big black box over it

Easiest way is to cut the people and the building out, and drop in a new sky and floorplan.

The bloke looks like a dork in the shot though. Might need to replace him too.

Or just make the "Blue prints" in the background fade out sooner
