Im trying to remove an unwanted object in CS2. I have created a new layer. Then i have highlighted the borders and circled round the unwanted object with the magic magnetic lassoo.

When i use the clone stamp tool to sample an area next to the object and then stamp the object out. First it reduces a bit then it reveal an identical copy of the primary picture!! So i get a copy of the picture behind.

I dont know what setting is wrong on it FFS!! Or what i am doing wrong!!

SAmple pic later

It looks like the problem is when your moving the stamp tool, you're also moving the sample point, which is copying the face as you move over. If that makes sense
