Photoshop ! how do i ad an image onto the end of a gif?

Getting really annoyed its so simple ive got a headache and i cant figure out how to add a simple image at the end of a gif,

Im in animation mode, dragged a video and turned it into a gif, all i want to do is as an image to show for half a second at the end?

Help !
