Pic inside.. Issue fitting solid top mounts..

Just bought a pair of 182 solid top mounts to have fitted at same time as my Cooksport springs.

My mechanic said that there is too much of a gap below the mount and it may knock about a lot.. 8-5mm gap, Hope this is more clear in the pics below.

Does that all look fine? I called Kingsnorth engineering and they said all it needs is three holes drilled and it will be fine, sold loads apparently.
Also judgingly mentioned to my mechanic that we shouldn't fit lowering springs anyway..

I think PMS ones are the same tbh. With springs on, and under load, it shouldn't be an issue.

But TBH, I can't say I've ever mocked up my PMS top mounts without the springs fitted.

I wouldn't fit those, they can't make camber shims correctly, what chance top mounts?
