The new misanos (budget price one) arent carbon. Think they are just like some kind of fibreglass back. They have stopped doing the silver carbon ones.

Amazing seat, would never be without them!

will cost you more than 600 notes fella:

quote from your link: "RRP: Standard seats from: £699.99 a pair - SAXO OWNERS SAVING SPECIAL!

so the most basic pair with the 'saxo offer' is 700 plus the cost of subframes

without subframes, including vat and delivery it is working out at, £540.10

you then need to add around £200 for the carbon backs which are a must for the misano

the recaro's in mine would fit yours son? Or you worried about colours?
Yeah colours fella, black is no good to me, need to be either grey or blue to match in  You know me, i'm a name wh0re !

Would need to see your bus to decide...But i think you'd get away with it tbh! They are grey-ish in the middle... Is your engine cover etc grey too?!

i had suzukas in my 182, were excellent.

Ali - i need those pole positions in my car ... gunnna have to get some when the bank allows!

Which do you prefer?

hard to compare really, as so different.

the misano's were a vast improvement over the standard 182 cup seats, but then they dont hold u in as well as the Evolutions.

i love being strapped in to the Evo's, as you dont have to worry about moving around, you just get on and concentrate on driving. but then they would be a pain in a road car, as they are deep and not a hassle.... but a bit more effort to get in and out of.

The only bad thing i found with the misano's was the passenger seat would rattle slightly, as the tilting mechanism is a bit basic.

the trendlines are still my favorite.

197 gaz- did you have a cd changer in the 182? What subframes did you have? I want to be able to keep the cd changer when I get new seats.

No i never had the Renault changer, although i had my Kenwood 6 disk under the passenger seat in the Cup. Just had the Renault single CD jobbie in the 182. The subframes are part Recaro with Renault sliders. Imo the changer will still be fine with Trendlines :)

trendlines deffo have the oe look about them :)

its just a shame they dont have the function ;) :rasp:

my perfect combo would be the misanos in trendline trim :approve: as recaro deffo have the edge with build quality, they just seem a bit softer in the rawness
