just keep it fairly simple and try and keep the weight down, not gonna be on show that much anyways. on mine the box is only slightly wider than the sub, then i fixed 2 thin bits of mdf to make it go right across the boot, the side bits are fibre glass and the false floor again is just thin mdf

Tip for false floor, You can use think bits of cardboard, cut them neatly then cover and you won't know its not MDF! Only if your weight saving tho, need to put a pic of mine on later!

I'm not too bothered about the weight, but I need it easily removable!
