Pic request!!! URGENT!

When I got my Clio 172, it has standard induction air box with 2 induct pipe. But one thing was missing - the air induction valve at rear of passenger side headlight. It has a hose that goes back to the throttle body. My friend said it will help the toqure at low rpm.

I finally got one from junkyard. But I need some advice of how and exact place of where to secure it. I heard it is on the horn. But I need a pic to tell me which direction I should put it.

Really need a pic of rear of the passenger headlight, many thanks!!!

I had removed the bumper and headlight to get more space.
See what I did attached. I am thinking if I am correct cos I have hardtime putting the headlight back on.

Advice pls. Many thanks!

Oh, but my friend said it helps at low torque. Since I had removed the bumper. Pls tell me how to fit this back on well.

French car is strange...

I cant see any obstruction for the bumper not to fit in your pics.

The theory is there with the accoustic valve, but practise says it doesnt work(ive never taken one off, so cant say)

take the valve off and try refitting the bumper, if it fits fine then there is something pushed out of place wtih the valve there.

Thanks for the word "accoustic valve". I did some search and many people are thinking of remove it....

It is funny when I am trying fxxkin hard to put it back.

Bump!

I know acoustic valve belongs to bin for many people. But since I got one, pls advice me if I am correct or wrong in refitting?

I don't want to drive my Clio like what the attached pic shown.

Answer and pic please!!!
